What is Guaranteed payment?

when you decide to exchange your credit balance with another wallet user and in the same time, you ask a protection for better security from any kind of frauds and scams, so you can protect the transaction by "guarateed payment".

What I do?

For doing a guaranteed payment, you have just to do a few simple steps:
- choose a randomized number and at least 9 digits length for protection code.     
- Never and Never share or send the chosen protection            
code to your transaction side (the person who you're                 
gonna to exchange the credit)

Write it down the agreement detail in the details of agreement field, like the example below:
- Reciever full name
- Exchange rate: (for example: 1 EUR = 125.500 IRR (according to the agreement))
- The transferable Euro amount
- The recivable IRR amount

Still unhappy?

Open a dispute instead of the Payer or Payee and describe the cause of dissatisfaction. the transaction side will receive your dispute request and be able to return the money to your account.
If you are not agree  anymore- make a claim. We will get acquainted with the problem and contact the transaction side. Be sure we will conduct a detailed investigation of the problem.
We will make a fair decision in a short time and return the money to your account. The refund can be executed in full or in part as the agreement.
